A native of Tulsa, Bruce graduated from Nathan Hale High School and received a B.S. from Oklahoma State University.  Following college, he served in the U.S. Army’s 101^st Airborne Division, rising to the rank of Captain. After leaving the Army, he graduated law school at the University of Oklahoma.  

Bruce has been in private practice in Tulsa since 1988, and has been operating his own firm since 1997.  Bruce is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma Courts, as well as the three Federal Courts in Oklahoma.  He is a member of the Tulsa County and Oklahoma Bar Associations, and previously served as an adjunct faculty member in the University of Tulsa’s legal assistant program.
