
Bruce Powers
A native of Tulsa,
Bruce graduated from Nathan Hale High School and received a B.S. from
Oklahoma State University. Following college, he served in the U.S.
Army’s 101st Airborne Division, rising to the rank of
Captain. After retiring from the Army, he graduated law school at the
University of Oklahoma. He and he wife, Sheila, are active in the
community and raised both their son and daughter in Tulsa.
Bruce has been in
private practice in Tulsa since 1988, and has been operating his own
firm since 1997. Bruce is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma Courts,
as well as the three Federal Courts in Oklahoma and the 10th
Circuit court of Appeals in Denver, Colorado. He is a member of the
Tulsa County and Oklahoma Bar Associations, and previously served as an
adjunct faculty member in the University of Tulsa’s legal assistant
program.
His community
involvement includes:
Board of Trustee chairman for University United Methodist Church,
Conference Board Member of Lay Speakers for the Oklahoma United
Methodist Church, Nathan Hale Alumni Foundation; Ancient Free and

Sheila Powers
Sheila was born in
Tulsa, Oklahoma and raised in Skiatook, Oklahoma where she graduated
from high school. She attended Oklahoma State University and met Bruce
Powers in the Army ROTC program there. They were married in 1981, they
have a grown son and daughter, and she has worked with Bruce at his
office since 1997.
Sheila is the Office
Administrator and Paralegal working with all vendors and clients.
Throughout her life, she has been involved with many different
charitable agencies and enjoys working with and helping people. She has
many years of experience managing people and accounts and she works
diligently to resolve legal claims and issues with our clients. She is
always willing to discuss your legal needs.
Her
community involvement includes:
University United Methodist Church Lay Delegate and Finance Chair, Boy
Scout representative to Pack 326 and Troop , TU Wesley Foundation Board
Member, District Board Member of the Hispanic United Methodist Church of
Tulsa, Oklahoma Conference of the United Methodist Church Committee on

Anna Moore
Anna was born and
raised in Tulsa. She moved to Kansas when she was in high school and
attended Kansas State University. She served as a Medical Records
Technician in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1996 to 2000. She was married
in Kansas in 2000 and moved back to Oklahoma that same year. She has a
step-son, a daughter and a son.
In 2003, Anna began
working in the legal field as a receptionist/legal assistant for a Tulsa
law firm. She has extensive knowledge in Workers’ Compensation and
Personal Injury matters. She is available Monday thru Friday from 8:00am
to 2:30pm to answer any questions. She began working for the Powers Law
Firm in June of 2010.
